The Construction & Mining Equipment Industry Group (CMEIG) is a non-profit organisation to represent the construction and mining equipment industry and allied equipment and services on issues impacting on the delivery of business.  

Manufacturers and Importers Working Group

MIWG Objectives :

  • Represent the interests of those CMEIG members who are importers or manufacturers of construction and mining equipment and associated attachments, parts and components
  • Set the parameters and classifications for the industry sales statistics program and liaise closely with ERG on the introduction of new product classes and classifications
  • Represent the interests of manufacturers and importers on the CMEIG National executive
  • Liaise closely with other CMEIG Working Groups to ensure that the interests of manufacturers and importers are being well served.
