Putting people’s lives at risk in the workplace will not be tolerated. It is every employer’s responsibility to make sure their employees stay safe at work and return home every day.
From today, if a workplace death is caused by criminal negligence, you could face up to 25 years in jail and fines of up to $16.5 million.
