Firstly, a HUGE thank to all who completed our recent ISO questionnaire (and if you haven’t, you can still complete it here. We appreciated your candid feedback about things that aren’t working well for your industry, as well as future feature requests.
As two recent examples of how we utilise your feedback, we recently released the ability to check your “total units” on the upload screen – a much requested feature.
We also know very well that mid-month updates to data can interfere with your internal processes – and to minimise the disruption caused, we’re now doing two things differently:
- Asking you to delay minor updates until the start of the following month, and
- We’re now asking you to tell everyone about the nature of the changes made, if you do make changes, during the upload process.
